When service is lousy...
When service is lousy, customers show their disapointment with their feet (walking away..)..
..AND SAUCE !
I'll keep the idea in mind :)...

Very funny ! 'Problem is, usually customers don't even bother expressing their unhapiness and by the time the brand realizes it, it's too late.

For sure ! That's why giving customers every opportunity to tell us about thie dissatisfaction is crucial, so that we have the chance to win them back..
